- Peel potatoes and cut it in cube shape. Wash it properly (3-4 times).
- Put potatoes pieces in a bowl. Add ararot in potatoes and mix well.
- Now heat oil in a pan and deepfry potatoes till it becomes crunchy. Flame of gas should be low.
- Take fried potatoes in a small bowl.Add Imli chutney, fried matar, sweet dahi, chopped onion, tomato, chilli.
- Now add salt, black salt, roasted coriander & cumins powder, chat masala and red chilli powder.
- Garnish with chopped green coriander and sev bhujia.
- Chatpata Alu Chat is ready to serve.
