  5. Now in a serving plate put 2/3tikkis…..pour 1tbsp ragda on it…then put chopped onion tomatoes..sprinkle chat masala..drizzle all the chutneys..pomegranate seed,sev & coriander leaves..:serve & enjoy 😊

I make them extra-crispy by adding some soaked poha (flattened rice) to the potatoes. Ragda patties is good to serve for a brunch, lunch or snack.
