  5. Keep oil in a wok for heating - Take small portions of potato mix and carefully put in oil for frying. - Keep the oil on low heat so that pakudis get fried nicely.
  6. Keep turning them so that they get cooked evenly.
  7. Fry them till they are golden and crisp.
  8. Serve with ketchup or chutney.
