  1. Prepare Biryani masala. Add 1 each ingredient (bayleaf, mac, nutmeg, cardamom, star anish, black cardomon) and 1/2 sha zeera, fennel seeds and cinnamon sticks. Now fry all the ingredients for 5 minutes and griend it on a griender.
  2. Then chopped onions. With half onions make a smooth paste with chillies. Then make a paste with garlic and ginger.
  3. Now in a plain cotton white handkerchief put other Biryani masala and knot it.
  4. Now cooked the rice. Put the handkerchief in the water and let it boil. Once water boil add the rice. Rice should be medium boil. Once rice is cooked, need to spread and let it cool.
  5. Next lightly fry the fish wit salt and turmeric powder.
  6. In the same pan add 1/2 chopped onions from the left out chopped onions. Fry it till golden brown and keep it handy. Then in a small bowl in a warm milk add kesar and keep it handy.
  7. Then in the same pan add left over chopped onions. Fry it for few minutes, then add onion, garlic, salt and ginger paste. Then add cumming, coriander, red chilli and turmeric powder. Add yoghurt and 1 spoon of Biryani masala.
  8. Mix all properly cook for 5 minutes then add milk. Cook all properly for another 10 minutes. Then add the fried fish and cover the pan. Cooked it for another 10 minutes in a low flame.
  9. Once fish is ready next take a pressure cooker. In the pressure need to do layering for rice and fish. First put the rice then on top of it put the fish. Follow the same process for next layer. In the top cover with rice and spread fried onions, Biryani masala, ghee and kesar milk.
  10. Cover the pressure and remove the lid. And cooked it for 15 minutes in a low flame.
