Add the remaining ¼ tsp. salt, chili powder, Turmeric (Haldi), Ginger (Adrak) paste, Garlic (Lehsan) paste and yogurt and mix well. Maghaz Fry or brain masala is one of famous recipe in the world. Instructions to make Brain Masala:
  1. After brain boiled Heat oil add Fenugreek seed in it fry until it turns in golden colour in a bowl take onion paste,ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder,turmeric powder and salt togehter add in oil
  2. Mix well cook for 5 minutes
  3. Now add yogurt and mix well add Brain in it and cook for 5 to 8 minutes in the end
  4. Granish with coriander and Dill Serve with chapati.
