Method: All all the ingredients in a bowl except oil, curd and water. Make a well in the center and add in curd and water. Mix well to make a soft dough. Drizzle some oil over it and knead once.

  1. To cooked rice add rice flour and salt to taste. Mix well
  2. To mixer add chilli and groundnuts, coarsly grind it add it to the flour mixture.
  3. Now add chopped onions, dil leaves, pudina, coriander leaves along with cumin seeds and mix well. Knead the dough using little water.
  4. Make round balls with the dough and tap it on butter paper or plastic sheet using your fingers and palm to get perfect round shape.
  5. Then on heated tawa flip it on both sides and cook well. Hot hot Masala rottis are ready to serve. Homemade butter is a best and easiest combination to this soul satisfying food 😋
