Heat oil in heavy large pot over medium heat. Place the capsicum, onion, garlic, coriander and parsley in a food processor. If you dont have a processor- chop ingredients as finely as possible or use a mortar and pestle. In a saucepan, heat the butter and oil.

Instructions to make Coriander rice:
  1. Sub se phly rice ko bhigo dein ab us ko boil Kar ke pasar lein
  2. Ab ek pen me oil dalen zera or musterd seeds add karein sat black pepper tez ptta penut or onion Dal Kar fry karein 2 minutes
  3. Ab green chutney ko bleand Kar Lein or so BHI khrdi me add ke bhun lein
  4. Ab rice add karein or mix kerden
  5. Sarving pletr me nikalen or serve karein ek defrent test ki recipe mujhy to Maza ki lagi

Cook the rice according to the packet instructions and then stir in the coriander, lime zest and juice, salt and freshly ground black pepper and olive oil. Coriander is also my favorite herb. Its perfect for the busy mornings. Getting the consistency of the rice is the key to variety rice. I always cook the rice in a pressure cooker using pot in pot method.
