- Wash chicken and marinate with turmeric powder and salt, keep 30 mins.
- Heat a pan, fry red chilli, garlic mustard and cumin.
- Put it in the mixer, add vinegar, sugar and grind as a paste.
- In a pan add oil and fry chicken pieces lightly. Remove and keep.
- In the same oil, add crushed onion, fry until brown. Now add ground paste and chicken add 1/2 cup water,salt cover and cook in low flame until chicken becomes tender and thick gravy.
- Add butter increase flame and stir the chicken with gravy. Sprinkle coriander leaves, and serve with fried rice or coconut rice
