- Take 1/2 Cup Full Cream Milk

- Take 3 tbsp olive oil
To fry tofu, press out excess moisture to avoid splattering, cut the tofu into slices or cubes. Tofu is a versatile, soy-based bean curd that can go in your breakfast, dinner, or dessert — let's see a steak do that. Plus, you can always add it to any vegetarian or vegan meal for a little. Tofu is made up of three ingredients: soybeans, water, and a coagulant—usually nigari (magnesium chloride) or gypsum (calcium sulfate).

- Blend the onion, garlic and ginger mildly. Heat oil and saute in a pan for 5 mins.
- Add in all the dry ingriendients (powder spices)
- Add in the blended tomato and tofu(diced).
- Lastly add the cashew and milk blend. Let it boil for a bit. Done.
Soy milk, prepared with soybeans and water, is the precursor to tofu the way milk is the precursor to cheese. A coagulant is added to soy milk to create curds and whey, similar to the way cheese is made. Lay some paper towels or a clean tea towel on a flat surface, and place the slabs side by side on top of the paper towels. Tofu doesn't actually need to be cooked at all, so you don't need worry about internal temps. This is a super-healthy (un-fried) way to prepare tofu!
