  3. Knead the dough for 1/2 min and roll it in rectangular shape.Now spread the cinnamon coffee paste over it evenly.Bookfold it after applying paste & cut 6 pieces.
  4. Now shape it like braid.
  5. Preheat the Kadhai with a stand & salt for 10 min at medium flame. Now place buns in molds then place them into Kadhai and cook for 20 Mins.
  6. Apply some butter when they cooked & sprinkle some powered sugar.

These cinnamon rolls are completely irresistible and they take half the time. I used to make cinnamon rolls and stick buns professionally. Here is how we rolled tight buns. Apply butter evenly, then sugar/cinnamon mixture. Holding the rolling pin, gently roll over the sugar/cinnamon mixture.
