  1. Atay mein namak, haldi, baking soda, zeera, dhaniya dardara koot ke add karein or sakht si dough bana lein
  2. 10 mins dough ko rest dein or pairy bana lein beech mein knife se cut laga dein, yan finger se beech se daba dein
  3. Baati ko pateely mein 15 mint bake karein ya phr tez garam Pani mein boil kar ke nikal lein
  4. Boil ya bake baati ko bech se thora Torein or oil me deep fry kar lein
  5. Yummy or crispy baati tayar hai gosht ke salan ya daal ke sath serve karein
