- Take a pan add washed moong,masoor daal with g.g paste, tomato chopped, salt,cinnamon stick,red chilli powder, and turmeric powder, add 2cup water and cook till daal gets soft,blend daal with hand blender now add tamarind pulp and add water to desire consistency.
- (For baghar)
- Heat 1/2cup butter add chopped garlic, cumin,whole red chilli and karri patta,pour it over daal.
- (For fish)
- Marinate fish with all ingredients and leave for an hour
- Fry the fish on medium flame till golden,crispy.
