- Mix cinnamon and brown sugar in a bowl. Dust your surface and roll out the dough. Apply butter on the top surface then spread the cinnamon-brown sugar mixture on top
- Fold starting from the longer side of your dough.
- Cut the dough in equal sizes using a knife and arrange the rolls in a baking tin or baking tray.
- Let them rest for about 35 minutes. They will have increased in volume.
- Brush the top with butter and bake at 200°C for 25 minutes.
- For the glaze mix melted butter with icing sugar add milk to lighten the consistency and pour over the rolls while still warm. Enjoy
