- Knead a hard dough using all the ingredients.let it rest for 10mins
- In a cooker put tuvar and moong dal, salt & haldi… add 4cup water and cook till 3-4whistles
- Make small balls of dough and press thinly to make dhokli
- Heat a pan add ghee… then add hing cumin seeds & mustard seeds… cook & add tomato purée.
- Add all the spices to it and cook for 5mins on low flame then add dal to it.
- Add 3cups of water let it boil then add dhokli to it…. cover it and cook until dhokli becomes soft
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with lemon.
