Tender cubes of pork are cooked in a piquant blend of soy sauce, sherry, green onion, garlic, sugar and ginger to make an easy and delicious meal. Hint: brown the pork quickly in small batches to seal in the juices. In a large skillet or wok, stir-fry pork in oil until no longer pink.

The ingredients needed to make Pork ginger:
  1. Take 200 g Sliced pork
  2. Prepare 1 small piece of ginger
  3. Get 2 peice of garlic
  4. Get 50 ml soy sauce
  5. Prepare 10 ml cocking sake

Combine soy, sake, ginger and garlic. Heat the oil in a large frypan, and saute the drained pork over a high heat until slightly brown; then turn and saute at medium heat. The bulk of the work comes before you ever put one molecule of anything in the pan. Stir in hoisin sauce, garlic, ginger, vinegar, soy sauce and chili sauce until blended.

  3. Cook with midium heat. Serve with chopped cabbage and cherry tomato on the plate. With rice and miso soup would be perfect combo!
