  15. Get 6 oz rice noodles, cooked separately

Add the celery and spring onions and continue stirring well in the wok. Add the yellow stir fry paste and season with salt and pepper. Toss lightly to cover the chicken and vegetables with the paste. Serve at once over plain steamed rice.

Instructions to make Chicken, celery & ginger stir-fry:
  1. In a skillet, heat oils over med high and cook the chicken, celery, bok choy and carrots, stirring occasionally for 8 minutes. Stir in all remaining ingredients, add 1/3C water and cook, stirring often for another 12-15 minutes. Add 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes.
  2. Serve over noodles.

Stir fry chicken until colour turns white and cooked. Add oil and sauté garlic and shallot until aromatic. Sprinkle salt and sugar to taste. Pour wine and stir fry quickly. Add chicken stock and cook until carrot and celery softened.
