- Take old kadhai, take about 1/2 kg salt in it. Place metal ring in the center and put steel plate above it. Cover it and preheat on a high flame for about 15 minutes.
- Roll the dough into 5 mm thick rectangle, spread filling evenly and give it a book fold. Roll again so that rolls don’t open up while baking.
- Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and give it desired shape. Put rolls in muffin moulds.
- Once kadai is preheated enough, bake cinnamon rolls(3-4 at a time) for about 18 minutes. Repeat the process for rest.
For best results, choose one of the following two methods. OVERNIGHT INSTRUCTIONS: After you've rolled and cut your cinnamon rolls and placed them into your lightly greased baking pan, cover with plastic wrap and place in your refrigerator. The next day, remove them from the fridge and allow them to come to room. Place in a greased round pan and get ready to rise. Remember, this is the only rise time for the rolls.
