When cumin start crackling add turmeric and the chopped rasbhari and saute for a minute. In a saucepan, combine sugars, vinegar and nutmeg. Place the cinnamon, cloves and allspice in a cheesecloth bag; place in saucepan. Serve the chutney with pork or ham. Add the chilli powder, ground coriander and turmeric to the pan along with the frozen gooseberries and plums.
