Roll all the Puris & keep in a plate. - When the oil is hot deep fry all the Puris. - Let it fry from one side and then flip and fry from the other Similarly do for other puris also.
  4. Hot and crispy fenugreek spicy puris are ready. Serve hot with tomato chutney, pickles or curd.
  5. Note: Keep the flame on high. Low flame will absorb more oil. Some oil is required while rolling the puris otherwise the puris might stick to the rolling board as we have used gram flour.
