- Now in a pan, add oil, jeera, hing (asafoetida), let it pop
- Then add chopped tomato, green chilli,red chilli, turmeric
- Add salt, amchur,and mash it well
- After mashing, add methi dana, papad and mix well
- Add little water as per your need (dry or liquid), and let it cook for a minute.Ready to serve
There is a touch of sweetness in this sabzi with the addition of dates, raisins and jaggery and a bit of tanginess from the addition of amchur.
