  1. Collects the ingredients. Grate beetroot.
  2. Take a pan, add 2 tsp oil, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, green chilli. Saute well.
  3. Add grated beetroot, 1/2 tsp salt, saute for 2 mins.
  4. Add 2 tbsp water. Cover with the lid. Cook for 5 mins. Turn off the flame. Let it cool down.
  5. Take it out in a blender jar, blend it.
  6. Take a bowl, add wheat flour, cumin powder, garam masala, amchur powder, carom seeds. Mix well. Add beetroot paste.
  7. Knead to make soft dough. Water if required. Grease with 1 tsp oil. Rest for 10 mins.
  8. Take medium sized ball from the dough. Dust it with flour. Roll it slighty thick.
  9. Heat a tawa, place raw paratha on it. Cook on both the sides. Grease 1/2 tsp oil on each sides. Press gently. Fry on medium flame. Beetroot paratha with sabzi is ready to serve. Enjoy!!!
