Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, curry leaves and allow it to crackle. Oats Tikki or oats cutlet is easy and healthy snack made with oats, potato and spices. I make oats mostly for breakfast or as quick lunch for myself, this cutlet I made few times before with slight different variations but this is one recipe that I like the most and I make this specially.

- In a mixing bowl add grinded oats.. Than add grated beetroot… And add all above ingredients with water and form a dough.. And let dough rest for 15minutes
- Now take a small portion from dough and make a tikki shape than coat it with seesame seeds
- Now make all rest of tikki and keep it in refrigerator for 20 minutes… Now in a pan brush up with oil and shallow fry tikki on medium slow flame and serve it with chutney and enjoy😊
