  2. Peel n chop 1 beetroot n grind it by adding enough water. Now strain the juice. Save the remaining pulp.
  3. Now adding the required beetroot juice to maida, knead a semi hard dough. Cover the the dough n rest it for half an hour. Meanwhile make a paste of oil n maida to apply in puris.
  4. After half an hour, Roll the dough n cut same size small portions. Take a portion n flat it to roll
  5. Roll a small puri n apply the maida oil paste to it n fold it. N fold again to give it a triangular shape.
  6. Roll again the triangle puri little bit n prick it with fork. Roll the rest of the nimkis like this.
  7. Deep fry them in medium hot oil. Enjoy this crunchy snack with tea.
