I generally make it at home with available vegetables. Here vegetables are cooked with tomatoes, flavored with pav bhaji masala and served with buttery pav. I have lot of memories of having Pav Bhaji at Juhu beach since my childhood in Mumbai. Pav Bhaji is Mumbai's most popular street food, that has reached hotels and restaurants alike.

- Gravy 1
- Sauté finely chopped capsicum in oil add little water till it softens
- Add finely chopped tomatoes - let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes,
- Add boiled mashed potatoes - mix it well
- Add boiled mashed green peas and add 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste - keep stirring to mix all the ingredients well
- Add 1 tbsp of red chilly powder and a pinch of turmeric powder/ haldi
- Add a little water and a spoon of butter then after stirring once again add chopped coriander salt and 2 tbsp of pav bhaji masala and let it boil

- Take another pan
- Heat 3 tbsp of butter
- Fry finely chopped onions
- Add 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp of red chili powder, 2 tbsp of pav bhaji masala, kasoori methi, a pinch of hing
- Add some coriander (optional)
- Squeeze 1 lemon
- Mix both the GRAVIES AND MASH it well
- Once it boils and thickens garnish it with coriander and onions and serve it with bread
- Relish it!
