  3. Then add a cup of milk stirr well then cover it for 5 minutes so the beetroots will be softer then open the lid while the milk is also almost absorbed then add ghee & desiccated coconut powder, cardamom powder fry till 5 more minutes
  4. Then add sugar & let It cook till it’s ghee separates & sugar is dissolved well while it’s all gathered in a wok the halwa is ready
  5. Then garnish it with cashews & some sprinkle of coconut powder it’s served warm or cold either enjoy it with your loved once on this festive occasion.. !
