  4. Then to this add roasted sooji.Again mix and roast for another minute.
  5. Then to this add water and sugar.Combine them and cook for 5 minutes by closing the lid.
  6. Then open the lid and cook until it becomes halwa consistency.
  7. Then add cardamom powder and roasted nuts and mix them well.Our beetroot halwa is ready.
  8. In this you can reduce sugar or add khoya or condensed milk for substitute for sugar.
