- Prepare 7-8 small(Mini) Potatoes
- Prepare 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
- Take 1/2 tsp Pepper Powder

- Make ready 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
- Get 1 tsp Sesame Seeds

- Take 1/2 cup Green Coriander
- Make ready 1 inch Ginger
- Take 2 Green Chilli
Add the coriander powder and a pinch of turmeric powder. Add potatoes and paste of coriander leaves and stir well. Chop coriander leaves and take one cup of chopped leaves. Add ginger and green chillies and grind it to a paste.
Steps to make Dhaniya(Coriander) Aloo:
- First we will parboil the potatoes in pressure cooker for 2 whistle.Make sure potatoes has been washed properly.
- Meanwhile in a mixture jar, add all the ingredient for chutney. Add little water and make a smooth paste.
- In a pan, add ghee and once Ghee is heated add cumin powder,pepper powder,salt and garam masala and add potatoes. Cook it on low flame unitl potatoes become little brown. And lastly add some sesame seeds.
- Now add Dhaniya paste and little water and cook it until the potatoes has been nicely covered with Dhaniya paste.
- Turn off the heat and add lemon juice,remaining sesame seeds and serve it hot.
In a tawa put the oil and heat it. When it is hot add half-cooked potato pieces and stir fry till it become light brown. Now add the coriander paste, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric and salt. Gently remove the leaves and chop finely or possibly blend in a food processor. Blend coriander, spinach and green chilly in a mixer to make a fine paste.
