  1. Peel off beetroot skin and wash properly and shred it with a shredder. And keep all the ingredients ready.
  2. Heat the ghee in heavy bottom kadai. Now add shredded beetroot.
  3. Saute beetroot in ghee till colour changed and raw smell of beetroot goes away.
  4. Now add milk and bring it to boil. And after first boil add sugar.
  5. After some time the mixture will become thick. Now add cardamom powder and Cashew nuts.
  6. When milk thicken we get mawa from that. And our halwa turns good in test.
  7. Switch off the gas once ghee release from the side. Halwa is ready to eat.
