  1. First peel the beet wash it n grate it,collect all ingredients for stuffing
  2. Add grated beet in mixer add water make fine paste with water,put in sieve and get the colourful water,take maida add pinch of salt,sesame seeds, mix well and add the beetroots water little by little to make hard dough cover for 15 minutes
  3. Now saute mava,add sugar, Cardamom nutmeg powder,mix well,saute on slow flame till it thickens n leave the pan, take it down,let it cool,add dryfruit pieces mix well stuffing is ready
  4. Now knead the dough again, from the dough take out small balls,spread with fingers and stuff it with mava Dryfruit stuffing,now make Puri from this and deep fry in ghee on slow flame
  5. Beetroot stuffed puries are ready to serve

For stuffing , preheat a pan , Crumble and add the mawa to the pan. Roast mawa by continuously stirring it. Once roasted and ready turn off the flame. Take out the mawa in a separate plate to cool. Cook until the sugar dissolves in water.
