  1. Wash Aloo & Onion Properly, peel off their skin & chop them in slices/ Chips Shapes.
  2. Grind Marination Ingredients finely into chutney in a mixer grinder.
  3. Then take a bowl, add Batter ingredients in it & mix them properly.
  4. Now slowly-slowly start adding water in it & whisk them immediately so that no lumps are formed in the batter.
  5. Whisk batter for 4-5 minutes continuously & in the end batter’s consistency will be medium thick.
  6. Now let the batter rest for 10-15 minutes.
  7. Meanwhile, take a aloo slice, apply some marination chutney on it & cover it with a onion slice & do this process to the remaining slices.
  8. Remember, to make pakoda’s crispy, you have to fry them twice, first on medium flame till Besan coating is set & second time in high flame till they turn into golden brown in colour.
  9. After 10-15 minutes, take a kadhai, add oil in it & keep the gas on medium flame.
  10. Now dip aloo-onion slices sticked together with marination chutney in batter & drop them in oil one by one.
  11. Fry them for 1-2 minutes, till Besan coating is set & then take them out in a plate & let them cool down properly.
  12. After some time, again turn on the gas & keep it on high flame.
  13. Add all pakoda in oil & fry them for 3-4 minutes, till they become golden brown in colour.
  14. After 3-4 minutes, when they turn into golden brown in colour, turn off the gas & take them out in a plate
  15. Your Aloo Pyaaz Pakode are ready to be served.
