  4. Gravy ke liye kadai me 1 tbsp oil lenge usme jeera add krenge onion add krege,pepper powder add krenge or saute krenge fir ise thanda kar ke grind krenge…
  5. Now again kadai me oil dale usme onion paste tomato puree dalege….and spices salt,chilli powder,haldi,coriander powder dalke mix krenge and cover kar ke cook hone de… Now cashew,melon,raisin (inko 1 hour pani me bhigona hai) ko grind kar ke add krenge dahi dalege mix krege fast flame par fir slow par kuch der….ab garam masala add krenge…. Jab serve krna ho pehle kofta fir gravy dale or malai se garnish karein..
