Steps to make Thiruvaathira payasam:
  1. Melt jaggery with a little water in a pan
  2. Mix arrowroot and water in a pan
  3. Place the pan on heat. Stir for a couple of minutes and add the jaggery mixture.
  4. Continue to stir making sure no lumps are formed.
  5. Stir till the consistency is like shown
  6. Remove from flame.
  7. Fry chopped coconut in ghee and garnish the payasam mixture.
  8. Serve immediately. Tastes best when served hot.
